Our store accepts Visa and Mastercard through PayPal and Pro Pay Card Services, secure online payment gateways. We also accept Checks (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped as soon as possible. Payments made by check will be sent as soon as the funds are verified.



Shipments
Most shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order. All custom-ordered items will be shipped within 5-7 working business days, upon availability of the beads requested. If there is a delay due to availability, we will contact you.


Sold Items
If you are interested in something that is listed as Sold on this website, send an email with your request. We will let you know your options on that piece.


Custom Orders
Please contact us by phone or e-mail for all custom order requests. We will do our best to meet your request of beads and charm styles, based upon availability. If a specific request cannot be met, we will contact you to advise you of your options. At that time, you can cancel your order if desired. All custom order sales are final.

Our Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply send an email with your problem and we will then promptly send any replacement orders upon return of the merchandise. All merchandise must be in "as new condition" with original packing materials. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail.


Repairs
If an item you purchased on this website should break within 60 days, we will repair that item at no cost to you provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise, all repairs are $1.50 per inch plus the retail cost of any bead replacement.


Restringing
We do offer restringing at $2.00 per inch on items you did not purchase on this website. Please contact us with a detailed description and the type of beads needing to be restrung. If your item is missing beads, please contact us before sending the item to be sure we are able to obtain matching replacement beads.

Prices are subject to change based on current market prices of beads, findings, and supplies.
